This is a household of dinosaurs. Another dinosaur is trying to arrange for someone with 'British' tv to record a programme for her. First thing is do people still even have video recorders? Is it possible to record directly on to a memory stick as this would be a lot easier for someone to post out to us than a video.

Any info gratefully received. Naturally the programme is on tonight so our fellow dinosaur is keen to sort it out.

I think capacity would come into it.
Record on anything, provided They can transfer to DVD to send to You.
Depending how long it is needs to be aware of the capacity required.
These new solid state recorders have Hours of Capacity, but sorry its too specialised for Me.....

If you buy a capture card you can record anything as long as you have cables :D
