3 bed accomodation wanted for long let in Las Chafiras, Tenerife

Need a 3 bed from 1st August in or around las chafiras, could be villa or apartment, must have use of a pool.

Heard a rumour that some available straight from builder, anyone know anything about this?

Mine is available, on Biltmore, 3 bed 2 bath, overlooking the pool, end apartment so only neighbours on one side. €600 per month plus bills. PM me nearer the time to see if still available. Thanks :)
