If going into New Posts, seems to be a lot of older posts showing up as posted at 1.09 this morning.

I believe there was a forum update scheduled during the night - maybe that was the reason?

I have been checking through this morning and a few old posts, particularly unanswered posts, seem to have been automatically bumped after the upgrade.

That's why I replied to your golf thread Seano, it showed as 01:09am this morning...:laugh:and i replied to the one about the gym lol, and i saw my review about places we had eaten or drank at, it didn't get a reply because it was just that, a review lol
