Hi: We are interested in a stay in Los Cristianos. Stayed close by last winter. Is 3months in the winter, 2013, long enough?

Thank you for your interest, but as this is a long term let, I cannot take future bookings.
Should somebody move into the apartment they may still be in there at the time you want it and I would not force them out to let someone else in.
