2-3 bed apartment wanted for a month, from late July 2012, in south Tenerife

Hello!
We need somewhere- possibly ground floor- that either is near a promenade- but quiet at night- or has easy accessible footpaths where i can walk my 8 month old baby around for her naps 3 times a day!!
Can anyone help?
I know it's late in the day to be looking but you never know..
