Problem not resolved re my account name

On 14th June I reported that I could not sign in as Willow the Wisp and had to register as Skylark, this name eventually also was rejected, so again I had to register as Budgie. Seems I am having to wait an inordinate time to have all three accounts merged. I would like to revert back to my chosen name Willow-the-wisp please.

I can only trace Budgie and your IP address does not show up an other users.

I have passed this to admin for investigation.

However, we can only work on exact information and in your post, you mention;

Sorry Mike for the confusion. My original moniker was Willow-the-wisp, then I had to re-register as Skylark, then when that failed I became Budgie, all have the same password BTW. I would prefer to revert back to Willow-the-wisp please.
