Arrive early if you want a choice of seats on a Sunday lunchtime - fills up rapidly!! Sooooo good!:D

We eat here regularly. It can get busy but they have enough tables that the wait is never too long.
Fried chicken is great. They also do rabbit. We usually have canarian potatoes not chips. Great garlic mayonaise and red mojo with your bread.

We are flying our staff over for our 10th anniversary in business and " the chicken shack" is one of our nights out , lovely place

Four of us went there for 1230 yesterday. Get there early it fills up quickly. We have been several times now, and love it there. The food is great and the views are stunning.

We had a roll each, followed by a Grande Tuna Salad, followed by Garlic Chicken for 3 ( for 4, is too many pieces), canarian potatoes and chips. Two rounds of drinks, & coffees a total bill of €46, brilliant.

Unfortunately it is closed from tomorrow till 5th July, but the Fañabe branch is open.

Got to agree, one of the best value for money restaurants on the island. The mojo sauce is the best ever, and the house white wine goes down a treat!

Did the Barranco walk ever re open does anyone know?

Last time , about a month or abit more ago we were at Otelos and saw some peaple going arround to get on the path as the gate was still closed .
So probably oficcialy still closed.
And why pay to walk a barranco?
There are so many nice places and barranco's in Tenerife were you can walk for free . Yust search a bit and have a drive a bit up the Teide and you will see wonderfull sights on youre walks :-) .
