Mini Mart for Sale

We want to retire, I am 67 and my husband getting up there too. We have set up and run our extremely successful business over the past 11yrs and think its now time to put up our feet. The business would suit anyone who wants a much easier life than running a pub/restaurant, hours shorter and you actually get days off. Mostly business is local so does not rely upon tourism although when the tourists do arrive it boosts the turnover. The Mini Mart is FREEHOLD and we would accept 75,000 Euros walk in walk out. Have photos or you could call and see anytime just give us a PM to arrange this Our business is situated in Costa Silencio within 10mins walking distance to the beautiful Spanish village of Las Galleatas.

Just to put my two penneth in, this is a great little business to get your hands on, especially at the price they're asking, ideal for a couple wanting to run their own business.

Unfortunately a typo of the cost of the Mini Mart its actually 75,000 (but good price as its Freehold)

thanks for doing that slodgedad, you're a star - blonde moments (albeit mine is dyed) and senior moments are our thing :wink2: so I wasn't sure how to do it x
