Information needed about convivencia

Hi has anyone done the convivencia paper recently as we went to the police today to be told our contract was not valid because it had no end date on it and started going on about paying the hacienda even though it states it is renewed every 6mths this contract was good enough 2wks ago for pareja de hecho but not for covivencia so what i would like to know is of other people experiences what papers were asked for and any money payed thanks for reading

I haven't done this for a long time but it used to be done through the Town hall. I think we needed our passports and NIE's
