Accommodation Help required for my friend in South Tenerife

Friend of mine contacted me after 4 years of being out of contact and wants to come over and see me,he is looking for some cheap accommodation around the Silencio area for 4 nights.Does anyone know of cheap apartment or room rates per night ? Looking at coming over asap.
