You can download expat shield for free! it doesn't work well for me but most don't have any problem with it! Also try Filmon free SD viewing, you have to pay for HD though you can watch all UK channels for free and without a VPN you can even record them! I already have a good VPN service but unblock-us seems to be even better and there's a free 7 day trial I'm using at the moment. No speed loss when connected - no need to switch a VPN on or off or change Country setting. However, as I also use it with an Xbox and a Netflix UK subscfription, i can now access the much larger US library. The icing on the cake, for me, is the ability to change 2 settings on my router so that it now beams wifi through the unblock-us system and I can automatically get all UK content like iPlayer, 4oD etc., on any device using the wi-fi connection automatically.
