1/ 2 bed apartment for long let in Costa del Silencio, south Tenerife

Hi All,
spent a holiday in the past at the Marino hotel in Costa Del Silencio, Tenerife.
Hope to spend some time on a long term apartment rent basis,
next year ; with a view to retirement.
It seemed that the area was really nice , walkable from Los Galletas and only 20mins by bus to Los Cristianos.
Can anyone give me any information on 1/2 bed long term rental apartments in the residential area around the Marino hotel ?

Yes, take a look at mine at www.atlantico-silencio.co.uk , its in the yellow complex outside the entrance to Marino Hotel, on the inside over looking the pool, first floor. It's 450 a month all incl of bills etc. Available from mid March 2013

We are a retired couple with 2 small well behaved dogs age 7 years. We have recently returned from Tenerife on holiday and we are looking for a LONG TERM PROPERTY either a ground floor apartment or a house. Must have 2-3 bedrooms. Would consider any area. The rental would have to start from August/September. References are available if required. Thanks
