Just noticed that Endesa took two direct debit payments from my account on the same day last month (18 July) - one for €64 and the other €73. Anyone suffered similar fate or any clues?
Not seen the bills as in the UK but my brother has had similar, although different dates in July.
In June the bill arrived with the sum of the parts being considerably , about €30, less than the total shown. Looks like they have some serious arithmetic or computing problems. I guess the only solution is to go to Adeje and confront them when out in a couple of weeks, unless anyone can offer better advice?
