Hi members,

Our very old community statutes state: "the President has the power to issue mandates", with no further comment on this subject.
Can he ask me to walk on my hands?
There must be limits to what he can mandate?
There must be a procedure to how he must proceed?

Any comment?

This specific article in your statutes does not have any legal meaning.

I'm not an expert in these things but, surely a president of anything can only issue 'mandates' after a democratically reached decision by the people he is president of. (If that makes sense)
