With the greatest respect to all mods I have a little gripe.

No names but recently I had a problem with who I thought was a mod only to be told that he/she resigned their position as a mod several months back and is now a regular forum member like me.

If this is the case then how come this ex mod can still close threads and comment on already closed threads?

I did ask this question via PM but no one got back to me. It's a bit them and us!

Surely if no longer a mod then no longer the authority?
