Is it possible to forward mail to a new home in Tenerife?

In September I am moving to a new apartment. Can I ask Correos to forward my mail to the new address? Does anyone know if such a service exists in any form?

It's €27.40 for one month for any amount of names. We went to our old correos office and showed them proof of identity and proof of new address and it took 5 days to set up
