In a word, no. Gran Canaria is the nearest, or mainland Spain, or easiest is the Uk if you have someone to stay with, as otherwise you have to pay for accommodation for the month.

Hi there, if you haven't already found a place and done the CELTA yet, why not come and do it at The Irish Academy in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria? We are a registered CELTA training centre and are holding our next course on March 17th 2013. We will also be running courses throughout the summer and can provide homestay options if you need accommodation.
