1 bed apartment for long let, immediately, in south Tenerife

Hi all :)

I am looking for a long let one bed apartment in, or within walking distance to, Las Americas.

Im in El medano at the moment, but I am available to move in straight away, so the sooner the better.

Amenities (washing machine/microwave etc) would help, but it's not a be all and end all.

Im a writer, so im very quiet, clean and tidy.
