Hi

We have all our forms and required documentation to apply for our residency at the town hall. do the forms need to be signed by a solicitor first before we take them to the town hall

What exactly do you mean by residency forms? Certificado de Residencia or Certificado de Empadronamiento?

The former is issued by the National Police Station in Las Americas the latter by your local Town Hall, either way you don't need a solicitor to sign them.
