Birmingham Airport has been closed today since approx 13.15.
A Monarch flight from Nice overshot the runway, it didn't look like one of Monarchs own planes.

if it had of been a Ryan air plane this site along with many others would of crashed due to the amount of people demanding Michael O'Leary to face beheading without trial.

There is definately more space between the seats on Ryanair in comparison with Monarch.

And Ryanair's "on time" record is far superior.

We, and loads of our friends and acquaintances always refer to Monarch as Monarchdelayed.

We, and loads of our friends and acquaintances always refer to Monarch as Monarchdelayed. we have flown with monarch about 12 times over the last few years, every time delayed, sometimes by half hour sometimes up to 3 hours:(, the last straw was a few weeks ago when we booked seats and they changed the plane so that we got the seat numbers we booked but not where we wanted:confused:, this was after another flight delay, we did complain to the steward but all we got was "well we have had a few problems this year" try the line "well we have had a few problems over the last 6 years pal", i think that the reason that they changed to a SMALLER plane is because passengers are voting with their feet, that's why we have just booked with ryanair for may, great flight times from our airport, only about £50 cheaper but ecky and carol recommend them so lets hope everything goes to plan;)
