Advice for clearing and refurbishing an apartment in Los Cristianos

Hello all,
I've recently purchased a 1 bed apt. in los cristianos.
Could anyone please advise me on the following points.
1. Clearing any unwanted items......sofa,beds,sideboards etc.
2.Painting.... 1 coat white emulsion.
3.Floor tiling....are new tiles fixed on top of existing?
4.I intend ordering new items from Ikea online.... will they deliver these large items to my 2nd floor apt. door[ as they do in UK.]
5.I've been told there is a large electrical retail outlet to the North of the island that sells branded items[ tv-mwave-kettle-toaster-dvd player]....any info please.
6.Best places to buy veranda furniture, sun loungers and folding chairs.

No need to go up north for electrical items. If you are in Los Cris try cris-a-bora (not sure of the spelling, but someone will correct me).
I can also recommend PJ Electric for any refurb work you need doing.
