Yeah, I know I screwed this up myself but hope someone has some experience to share from.
The story: I ordered ADSL from Vodafone (currently with Orange), and gave my friend a signed power to make it possible for him to collect the router. Unfortunately the router was sent as registered letter. and you can only pick it up personally. Fortunately I was here myself this week, and the parcel could (or should) be picked up until 6th October. But no, Correos had returned it!!
I only speak a little spanish so not possible to explain the situation via their support at 1704 (tried 6-7 different sales persons but not one single spoke a word english).
Therefore, does anyone know if the order is automatically cancelled when/if the equiment is not delivered?
If not, can I possibly buy the router in the Vodafone shops and get going that way, or is the router coded for your specific line?
As I am not here the next 1½ months I expect y tenant to become a bit angry if he suddenly has no internet:redcard:
Thanks for any good ideas:)
