3/4 bed house for long let in the Adeje area of Tenerife

Hey guys, new on this & new to the island too & of course I need some help! I'm looking for a long term let in the Adeje area. 4 bed is preferable. I've looked at some sites but not too sure who is 'safe' & who isn't.

Any help & advice would be great fully received.
