1 bed/twin accomodation 3-4 weeks in Los Cristianos, Tenerife

We are looking for a 1 bed/twin flat/apartment/accommodation to rent for approx 3-4 weeks from middle of December 2012 up to middle of 2013. Preferred area Los Cristianos/Las Americas, near to beach if possible, and not up a hill as walking is a problem. No highrise-anything up to 4 flights considered. We are a retired couple and careful tenants, no silly prices please. Please can you help?

I have a 2 bedroom apartment at compostela beach 2 minutes from the beach on the second floor but there is a lift available from middle of December til the 26th jan then available from 24 march onwards,cost is £300 pounds a week but for longer bookings we can offer a discount depending on dates.
