I have recently been in touch with the Administrators of the above. They indicate that matters are not yet finally settled, but there is (surprise, surprise) unlikely to be any money for the Creditors. Yet another example of the assets being eaten up by the costs of administration! How oten does this happen. Still, at least the unfortunate former Timesharers will no longer be liable for ever increasing maintenance fees, or be subject to yet further attempts to part them from their hard-earned cash by Debt Collection Agencies or fraudulent re-sellers.
