I have a one bedroom apartment situated in Callao Salvaje and I am looking to rent it for the month of December untill approx 13 January 2013.

* Very modern furnished and fully equipped apartment

* Community pool with showers, WC facilities and sun beds

* Lounge with two comfortable leather sofas, ceiling fan, 32” LCD TV, English channels and DVD player

* Fully equipped Kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher

* Bedroom with double bed, mirrored fitted wardrobes, 20” LCD TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and window fly protector

* Shower room, wc, bidet and wash hand basin just been refurbished.

* Private roof terrace with superb panoramic views over the ocean and mountains with views, gazebo, shower, fridge and gas BBQ, 160 degree views

* Terrace views of La Gomera with fantastic ocean views.

..Anyone that has stayed before has said its like a home from home.

The Apartment is available from the 28/11/2012 till 13/01/2013 total of 6 weeks. The price is 200 euros per week normal and 250 euros per week for the christmas and new year 2 weeks. Total amount for 6 weeks 1300 euros.
