What is the IBI on the rateable values for San Miguel de Abona?

I would be grateful if any member could confirm the IBI percentage charged on the ratable value for the above area.

Alternatively the IBI payable on a property with a valor castastral of approx 77500 euro

We are on the Golf del sur our catestral value is 88.888 and ibi is 228.27eur this will give you an idea what you pay. tony
