Where can I buy Thai and Indian ingredients in South Tenerife?

Does anyone know a good place for purchasing Thai and Indian ingredients for home cooking?

I'm still relatively new to the island - address details would also be much appreciated.

in ten bel costa del silencio there is an indian shop that sells all diffrent spices and very cheap and in los christianos in the vivalde centre there is a chinese shop that sell lot of diffrent spices not to sure if they do thai

Valdes Centre in Los Cristianos. Is Chinese but sell food items from all over the world. I know they sell Indian and I think they do Thai also.

There is an Indian supply shop next to Admiral in San Eugenio at Las Palmeiras across from Irish Rover.

its down stairs in the shopping centre that doesnt have many shops, lol and its around the back, you dont think there is anything there but there is a good spice shop, i think it also has clothes outside for sale but you will smell the shop as you get near to it, hope you understand my directions

(And if you need parking, you can pull into the car park next to the row of shops)
