For anyone that's interested, Persimons are at long last back on the shelves in Mercadona, they're quite small this year, but fingers crossed they taste as yummy as they always do - just need to wait a few days for them to get darker orange. I first tasted them in Restaurante M in El Medano, they were in their fruit salad a couple of years ago, and they are deee-lish :D :yum:
