What are the bus times like in Las Americas after 11pm?

We normally stay in the El Camison area, but end up in the San Eugenio area ( the wifes choice) in the night. By the time the entertainment is over 11:30-12:00, we always seem to have to wait ages for a bus back, sometimes we can wait 1/2 hour or even more. Even resorting to a taxi as we have waited so long. There are plenty of busses using this route earlier. so what happens to them after 11:00
