THE Synergy Company 3 (SD3), the Canarian leader in implementing wireless networks for the tourism sector, has undertaken an ambitious technological development in a wifi network, by making more than 70,000 square meters available to the hotel Tecina, located in Playa Santiago, La Gomera, and allowing a hundred per cent coverage, with high intensity in most areas.
This facility has an innovative wireless networking technology that allows comprehensive coverage with optimal levels of quality, safety and reliability and minimises the cost of implementation and the visual impact.
Synergy 3 has already conducted similar developments over ten large hotels in theCanary Islands, which ranks as the pioneer in this type of wireless technology applied to the tourism sector, in which the coverage, quality, intensity and network security is vital for hotel customers that will make use of this service.
The wifi setup project in Playa Jardín Tecina Santiago initially had difficulty offering wireless communication over a large space that is mostly gardens and a coastal cliff.
However, the solution that distributes and implements SD3, and the extensive experience of the company, has allowed them to circumvent these problems and introduce wifi in all public areas and guest rooms, allowing the hotel to offer an Internet connection service to customers with the highest safety and quality
