Mercadona do a selection of cakes that could be suitable for this. The small candles can be bought from the chinese shops if not available at Mercadona.

There are a few Bakers on here and i think one or two specialize in making cakes, hopefully they will see your post and maybe offer to make you one, if i remember correctly the "Best Hotel" used to be the "Tenerife Princess" with the outside lifts next to Hotel Vulcano so you are quite central and may be able to buy one in one of the supermarkets!

last time we needed one we got a friend who lives there to get it, but i am sure she got it from the mercadona, there is a large one just opposite the parque sandiago just down from the safari centre, if you come out of your hotel you can either turn left or right and go down a black path, there are one either side and they bring you out at more or less the same place, and it's just there it more or less backs onto your hotel give or take a few hundred yards, you know when you get to the parque sandiago's because all the tiles around the trees are about 6 different colors, and i think the supermarket is part of the complex, they do an amazing array of cakes there so you should be able to get one, but it won't be a specific kids birthday cake but you could buy something to tart it up a bit;)

You could try this cake maker - he made our cake for the Learning Centre first anniversary and it was delicious! https://www.facebook.com/diamondcakedesign?ref=ts&fref=ts

I have used the cozy cafe a couple of times and the cakes have been great. You can email them with an order beforehand. They are based near the H10 hotel and the casino.
Was also in croquant the other day and they had lovely birthday cakes on display but both their shops are in Los Cris so maybe too far.

Got a cake from the Supermarket in San Eugine centre, saw a nice one in the supermarket next to the safari centre but was about 20 euros and the one we got was less than 10 euros, it was nice and the wee man shared it with his friends at the hotels mini club

Any luck finding someone to do a cake?

We are heading over to Tenerife on January 1st and are looking a cake done for the 10th for Grand-daughters birthday.

Saw a Lady on facebook does lovely cakes ( Sugar Slice Anne ) but can't contact her, shes in Arona... if anyone has any details for her, it would be greatly appriciated.

Thank you

Obviously depends on how much you are spending on a cake loads of places but need to spend probably a tenner on a good one.
