The Tenerife Cabildo and members of the Institute of Technology and Renewable Energy have been asked to promote the concept of this new communications facility all over the world.
The project has already been explained in the UK and in Angola and most recently in San Francisco.
The data centre forms part of the ALIX initiative and puts Tenerife at the forefront of global data technology.
The latest meeting took place in the Silicon Valley as part of a major conference attended by experts from around the globe.
The NAP centre, opened in March, has also been nominated in the Datacentre Dynamics Award 2010 in the category for innovation in outsourcing the environment and has also received another award in London for energy efficiency in data centres.
