Advice needed about schools and areas to rent

Hi. Im new to the Tenerife forum and need lots of advice and help. We are moving over to South Tenerife in March 2013 for approx 12 months and need lots of advice about renting, areas and also schools for my 5 year old. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance x
