What's the name of the hotel at the end of the beach in El Medano?

Does anyone know the name of the hotel at the end of the beach at El Medano. This is the hotel where all the windsurfers sail, not the newly named playa arenas hotel.

Its called Hotel Playa Sur!

Is known as a german hotel as that's where most of its clients seem to come from although rumour has it that it's recently been bought by Russians
