Its getting too hot now for red wine. Should we spoil the flavour by chilling it or just move to white?

Torres do a nice Rose (Mercadona stock it) but for tonight I'm enjoying ice cold vodka with 7up. Yum, yum.

All's good, I'm sat at the ranch, in my favouite seat!
Chilled with Coke Light! It's called Calle Mucho although I have no idea why or where the name came from, tastes good and is refreshing although I wouldn't do it to a good bottle!

I've heard that cheap red wine with coke is the poor man's Sangria !
Anytime of the year, red wine should be slightly chilled, as room temp is NOT Tenerife temperature !
