Just heard from my nephew that he has a freebie ticket for Glastonbury, VIP enclosure no less (proper toilets, showers food etc), courtesy of a member of Coldplay who is a relative of his best mate.

I am sooooooo jealous! my choice of artist would be to see Ce Lo Green, just hope the Beeb cover his slot on Friday....

The TV coverage of the IoW was rubbish so hopefully you will get a better deal.

Gotta love Glasto. The Beeb have got it all covered on 2, 3 & 4 and on the radio. All the info is on the BBC website. As much as I'd like to be there I still think you can't beat watching it in comfort. But that's 'cos I'm getting on a bit..

Take it you have been on 360 tour. I have been to festivals and concerts so many times but U2 360, was just very special. Glasto will be great

Don't be so silly, he would have been to more than 2 of their concerts.
Me, Cardiff, Seville and Wembley for 360 and Twickers for Vertigo.

Well predicted tizzywizzy, latest Facebook update from a friend who is there..."Sat in a beer tent at Glastonbury. Tent soaked. Sleeping bags soaked. Clothes soaked." Wonder if Wet Wet Wet will turn up...

Whoops! Put a 'confused' emoticon instead of a winkie! The real EDGE was on a TF Forum once some years ago but didn't seem to like the banter.
