ADEJE’S Municipal Councillor for Finance and Central Resources, Epifanio Díaz Hernández, has announced that theMunicipalityofAdeje, through its web site, (www.ayuntamientodeadeje.es) has introduced a section for the submission of invoices from suppliers, in order to expedite and facilitate management and payment.

With this new service, the Councillor said, “We will save companies from having to drop the bills off, plus they can submit invoices at any time of the day.

“We have developed a guide so that users will have help to perform the procedures needed to register with the new system. It also specifies the steps to be followed in the submission of invoices on the web site”.

To access this new format for billing, companies must submit documents in PDF format.

Councilman Hernandez Diaz said, “For the past year, we have been updating the site to meet the needs of businesses and citizens, offering a number of different services that are being increasingly used by citizens. We understand that this is the way forward for effective management and quick response and therefore want to include all possible services as soon as possible.”

This procedure can be performed by individuals or companies that are suppliers of works, services and supplies to Adeje. The invoice must meet the mandatory requirements that are generally established by Royal Decree 1496/2003 of November 28th, approving the regulation of invoicing obligations and amendments to the Value Added Tax Regulations. Full details of all requirements are available on the web site
