When are the authorities going to sort out the dog mess on the pavements in Tenerife?

When are the Authororties going to sort out this mess that we have to dodge on the streets of Tenerife,
Also dogs on beaches.
It wouldn't be tollerated elswhere.
Cant the dogs read the signs and the papers:twak:


A few heavy fines wouldn't go amiss.

We have a big problem with dog poo where I live. Finally after posting a message about it on the Arona Town Hall's facebook page (no-one likes bad press being made so public), they replied saying that the matter was in the course of being sorted. But in the meantime, we could denounce anybody for letting their dog foul the street and not picking it up.

I think its disgusting, whats the difference between dog and human poo.
You wouldn't expect a human to crap on the street...............................or perhaps some do.
