I went to the Hacienda today to change my marital status. After emptying my pockets, I still set the scanner off  Being frisked was quite a pleasant experience, I would recommend it ;)
Anyway I queued (like you do) to get a ticket and then waited for 'my number to come up' ... I've won ... I've won ...:lots-jumping:
So, I went to the counter with my completed Modelo 030 (and a copy), my decree absolute (and a copy), the usual identification documents ... and also page 126 from the Ikea catalogue (just to be sure )
The young lady procesed everything and then said ...
... and NEXT time you bring divorce documents in to us from the UK, make sure that they are translated into Spanish
Excuse me. Divorce. Next time :crylaughing::crylaughing::crylaughing:
