The pound today is 1GBP = €1.16 , a week ago it was €1.23, so the Pound is getting stronger against the Euro not weaker.

The pound will stay strong against the euro until foreign investors fleeing Greece,Italy and Spain ect stop buying pounds to buy properties in London as safe havens for their money.which is why quality property in London is still very expensive.there is no other reason for the pound to be so strong as the UK is still struggling as told to me by a Swiss Currency trader on Saturday night

If the £ is worth less cents than a week ago, I think that means it is weakening against the €.

I think this is a lot to do with what Cameron said about the referendum and the uncertainty it has created. If anyone on here knew what was going to happen in the future they would be very rich people indeed.
