View Full Version : Wanted Looking for an apartment to rent in Dinastia in late May 2013

Hi everyone

I'm looking to go on holiday to Tenerife in late May and after lots and lots of searching have found the resort of Dinastia which seems perfect.

I am looking for somewhere really quiet as I will be 6 months pregnant but also suitable for children as I have a 3 year old.

I haven't been able to find many apartments to rent their though. Only 2 or 3 via google.

Does anyone know where I can find some more places to rent in this location?

This complex is residencial so shouldn't have holiday lets

Ah ok. I saw it in Trip Advisor so thought you could stay there.

I'm confused though, as on Trip Advisor people are talking as though they stayed there for holidays. Also I did find a couple of holiday lets via google.

Is it a case of people who have bought apartments then rent then out. Are they allowed to do that?

I don't want to go there if I'm not allowed!

trip adviser has still a lot of property for rent on there site for dinastia --also one we stayed in 3 years ago -- so the person we know .is still renting there property out- and it shows they are booked out most of 2013

That doesn make it less ilegal
