Travelling to Madrid with Ryan Air and have used the 50% discount option. I have got my NIE, passport and certificado de viaje. Do I need my empadronamiento?

Arona Council says NO but I dont want to get to the airport and be turned away.

No the certificado de viaje is the same piece of paper it is just to travel
