The animals of Loro Parque also celebrated their own Valentine’s Day inTenerife.
As spring approaches, and the days are longer and people find excuses to celebrate love and be romantic, the animals of Loro Parque also are honouring Saint Valentine, starting the stage of courtship. Cupid comes to all, and curious indeed are the courtship behaviours that the different species show, with more intensity at this time of year. Some prepare their nests, others perform their rituals and demonstrations of force, while the turtles are more romantic with their “pampering and cuddling” to delight all visitors to the most beautiful park in the Canary Islands.
