Question mark is normally SHIFT and the key to the right of the zero. Inverted commas is normally SHIFT and 2.

If that doesn't work, you probably have a Spanish keyboard but the computer thinks you have connected a UK keyboard. In that case, it's easy to change the keyboard setting (but someone else will need to tell you how, because I run Linux on my computers rather than Microsoft Windows).

Thank you. I think it will have to be a change of keyboard settings. Just going to have a try.

For sure. So let's try again, with "and" instead of "but": probably have a Spanish keyboard AND the computer thinks you have a UK keyboard.

My setting is English
It's correct to have the language set to English (for spell checking etc), but the computer also needs to know that the hardware attached to it has the Spanish keyboard layout. These instructions (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/258824) might be what you need.

itīs simple - press ALT GR + 2(the key with 2, @. " signs) at the same time. Your keyboard has to be set "Spanish" not "English" Good Luck
