Warning: Check that your car hire insurance is adequate

For those who hire cars, as I do, should be aware that the Insurance supplied by most Car Hire
companies is somewhat inadequate in that it does not cover wheels, tyres, and the underside
of vehicles.
However there is a UK company called Insurance4CarHire.com that provides extra
insurance for those who hire cars covering almost all eventualities for around £45 per annum.

There are one or two others on the market, but Insurance4CarHire.com seems to be the one that
the Daily Telegraph Travel Section suggest.

We use Questor. This year our premium has gone down to less than £40 but they have improved the cover and they are very helpful.
