I need to make a complaint to Monarch about problems we experienced on Sunday but I cannot find any e mail address for their complaints department. Does anyone have current contact info for them regarding complaints?

Their email address is EUClaim@Monarch.co.uk

Good luck with it, from what i'm reading online, there's lots of people claiming for delayed flights, but not much coming forth from Monarch.
Our flight was 27 hours late. :(

I have received a lengthy response today from Charlene Kane regarding my complaint. She has apologized regarding the way we were treated and has stated that the staff concerned have been spoken to and all ground staff have been made aware that this way of treating clients is not acceptable.Do I beleive her, not sure but at least I have received a full and detailed response, an apology and very promptly. She has even offered 50pounds of any future flight.
it pays therefore to go to top and word your complaint carefully and make sure it's full of details and accurate.

Me too,I just wanted an apology and for them Monarch to realize that you cannot treat customers in that manner and just expect them to accept it! I have an ongoing complaint with Barclays International which is a night mare, no sooner does one thing get resolved than another problem or error rears its head!
I am not one who normally complains but when I do, I don't give up until I get results that are to my satisfaction
