hello Seanocelt, I think that you should add the phase of the complex as there are quite a few Roque del Condes.

Im looking at a rental on Bloque6.2 " E", terrace has a south west facing aspect, owners say little heat needed in winter, some sun late afternoon, sun all day summer. I wondered if anyone else had info on it. Also, vitally, anyone on the complex able to confirm internet speed avaiable up there, kinda vital for TV channels that i want . (Your right JJ , very high up, but what a view. ). Thanks folks any help appreciated.

The 6.2 refers to the area code UD 6,2. Each block has only 5 floors.
We live on the complex and have UK TV via Europa with internet. The speed is not great consequently there is a degree of buffering.
Our speed is 2mbs, so I can use my laptop whilst the TV is on.
The blocks further from E enjoy the sun from 10.00am to sunset in winter and sunrise to sunset in summer, during which there is a constant breeze from the sea keeping the temperature to bearable levels.
Hope this helps
