Well, one of you posted an 8GB 3G version and the other posted a 16GB 3GS, so they hardly compare ;) Also, 2nd hand iPhones in the UK are significantly cheaper than here.

In fact, the one i posted is listed as having wear and tear, so if it's in mint condition it should be worth more.
