We have a 2 bedroom apartment available for long let (min 6 months) in las Americas 2 mins walk to vista sur beach and safari centre. Deposit needed. Available from mid April 2013.
€750 a month this includes up to €50 electric per month.

Hi,

I would be interested in renting apartment in Las Americas/Adeje area initially for 3 months, starting on 18th of May, with possible extension for another 6 months.
Currently I can confirm only first 3 months, but if my work contract is extended I would like to stay in Tenerife for much longer.
Could you confirm if your apartment is available in that time, please?
If yes, could you please send me some pictures and link to the map?
Is the Internet connection available there?
